Wow, it’s so great to say that I finished the one-month membership of gymnasium today. I have to say it makes me fat more than fit. My weight is higher than before and I don’t think I’m thinner but my legs are BIGGER…. GOSH>..< You know, they’re hard to be thinner afterwards. Pray for me please!
In the coming month, I would only do yoga and stretching because I don’t want to make my legs more serious. I believe it’s already great for staying healthy!!!
Why in the coming month? Because I’ve joined another one-month gymnasium which also provides yoga lessons. Let’s see the result and I’ll report.
