Mandala & Yoga

I keep joining yoga lessons recently as I believe seeking peace from my inside mind. When doing yoga, we only have to focus on ourselves’ posture and breathe, no thinking but only taking care of ourselves. I’ve told that I was a bad-temper person, but now I changed. Improving and correcting myself consciously is needed. Helping from outside, yoga, is also important, which makes me peaceful.

Oh yes, I joint constant temperature yoga (40 degree Celsius) yesterday that I sweated a lot. The movements were the same as the Hatha yoga, but it wasn’t easy under the hot environment. I love sweating during exercising and feel like I’m healthier than before.

And the last, some Mandalas by me.

Mandala sharing

Wow, I dont know why my blog couldn't be updated in these few days...the signal was "loading"...

I'd love to share some Mandalas I drew after the previous post.
I even finished 9 mandalas yesterday when I kept waiting Angel for nearly 4 hours about her hair styling.

Again, drawing mandala is fun to me. And the mandalas below are the most beautiful in my so-called collection.

Please share yours to me. I'd love to see

Mandala

When I was reading a blog Green Space, a picture attracted me.
(by Green Space)

I’ve heard Mandala but I have no ideas what it is. And then I watched the video and drew my first Mandala with the instructions. I just think the pattern and the whole image are beautiful and eye catching. Of course it is also funny to draw a picture when you are free. If you have time, I really recommend you to watch that video and you would be really suprise how gorgeous it is!!! REALLY!!

In fact, drawing Mandala helps exploring one-self.

suppose I would keep draw it for fun and keep a book for doing so. If I draw a new one, I love to show you :)

Thsi is my first one!
